The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a membership meeting held for the purpose of electing or appointing directors, sharing of reports and financial statements, appointment of auditors, and to transact any business properly brought before the meeting. All members may attend and participate in any meeting of the members but are not entitled to vote unless appointed a voting delegate by their real estate board or association.
