Remember: Tag Resources
All resources shared (aka library entries) must be tagged to be found using this quick menu. Here's a few pointers to assist you in tagging:
- To Tag Forum Discussions:
- When posting a message in a forum you can use the hashtag (#) functionality in the body of your message to see the set tags and add them to you post (select all tags that apply).
- Forgot to insert tags in your forum message? No problem, after you've posted your message, you can select it again and add the appropriate tags.
- To Tag Resources (aka library entries): There are a few ways to add a resource and tagging may vary:
- Adding a resource to your post? You need to tag it separately from the message. When you add your resource to the post you will need to save the post and then you can add tags. After saving the post select the resource you just added - you will be prompted to add the appropriate tags for the resource.
- Simply want to add a resource without making a post? There are a few ways to do this on the platform:
- Go to the community/forum you want to add the resource to. Scroll down the page you will see "create a resource" hyperlink - click and follow instructions.
- Use the "CREATE" button located on the top navigation bar. Follow instructions you will be promoted to select the appropriate community/forum it refers to and then add all appropriate tags.
- From the Resource page - scroll down the page and use the "CREATE ENTRY" button. Follow instructions you will be promoted to select the community/forum it refers to and then add all appropriate tags.
